when you turn on the key it starts making the same sound it makes when you switch it from 2 wheel drive to 4 wheel drive, except it does not quit even when you start it or move it from 2 wheel to 4 wheel drive. The sound is coming from the actuator, could it be bad or is there something else wrong with it?
