Default Best?

Im looking for a 300 utility quad and I'm just wondering out of these what's the best one and why? It doesn't have to be a 4x4 either. I really want a 300 just because I don't want something to big and It seems like 300's are pretty cheap. So, what's your opinion on these. Thanks guys!

Honda Fourtrax 300
kawasaki Bayou 300
Polaris Trail Boss 300
Suzuki King Quad 300

I have a 1987 bayou 300 I have had it since 1988 and put an hour meter on it in 1989 it has 2050hrs on it as of this week it is a great machine all I have had to replace on this machine is the starter and tires,As I have new machines for trail riding this one is not used much any more but I sure would not get rid of it.

If you're looking for something utilitarian and bulletproof, the BigBear 350 is tough to beat as well.

I had a 1989 350 Yamaha Big Bear with a zillion miles on it and I could not kill it, I sold it 5 years ago to a friend, and he still is riding it around. Not sure if Yamaha still makes the 350 Big Bear but the 350 Grizzly used the same motor and comes in 2wd or 4wd models I think.

You are correct on that! They also have a 2wd only model now (in canada atleast) that is a 300cc.
