I have a 2009 Bush Hog TH4400. I am lookng for a shop manual. This is a discontinued model and literature is hard to find. I have torn cv boots on the rear axles. I bought a left and right axles. Trying figure out how to remove swing arm to remove the old axle from the hub. Any help appreciated. This is a great machine built tough.

I found the operator's manual but not a shop manual. Have you asked the Bush Hog company about getting one? Here's their contact page and link to the owner's manual. Contact Us Bush Hog® Perfomance You Can Count On

Thanks,
I found the Owner manual, but I need the shop manual. I also need a wiring diagram of the harness. The cooling fan runs all the time, not sure if its supposed to. The motor is a 24hp Honda engine. Not sure if honda uses a thermistor or a temperature switch to control the fan. I have not called a dealer for the manual that may have to be my next step. Any help appreciated. Thanks again.

I have one in pdf form. I will try to hunt it down and post it. The fan that is constantly running is not a cooling fan. It provides constant pressure to the CVT Transmission Houshing so that water can not get in to it. So it always runs.

I tore a boot on one of the rear axles on my 2006 TH4400. The 2 suppliers that I know of for parts for this machine (Messicks and German Bliss) cannot get them axles as they are obsolete. Is there a cross reference to it? The part number is 50041476 for the axle. I would just as soon replace the axle instead of just the boots. Thanks

Thank you! I did end up just getting the boot kits and replacing the boots, but if that happens again I will replace the axle as it is probably about the same price.
