Yes, I have to agree with you, that is why I paid a few extra bucks and bought it from the dealer where I purchased my UTV. I know I paid extra for the plow kit as well but....shipping would have been a pita, and return shipping if there was an issue would have been even worse. As you said I could drive a few miles and get things taken care of and If I really need something or some information about something I have a real person to talk to. I like to support local business as long as there prices are not way out of line!
