Appears the engines are built in house.
"CFMOTO truly began with one part – our engine. Our founder created our trademark liquid-cooled 4-stroke engine in Hangzhou, China, and the rest is history. This truly awesome piece of machinery prompted the inception of the company in 1989, and with that came our world-renown ATVs, Side-by-Sides, Motorcycles, Scooters, and more."
Here's a video on the factory assembly line, ect. Enjoy the Start Trek theme..

I wonder how many Polaris, Arctic Cat and Can Am's are bought in Red China? Probably 1 of each, so they can steal our ideas. I'd also be interested if they have to pay tariffs and duties on our machines. It's not a level playing field. China is not Japan, Korea or Taiwan. I had one of my designs stolen by the Chinese government, btw, so I'm kinda jaded, haha.
