Default Brakes

2002 Yamaha Bear Tracker 250. I just replaced the left hand brake cable with a new one. When I pull the handle, it remains depressed. If I push it out to it's normal position, it pulls out of the adjuster on the handle bar. I've adjusted it until the spring in the back is completely tight and still, no help. Any suggestions???

replace the cable
or remove it and work water repellant dry lube down the cable.

It is a new cable, the problem was in the adjustment. Problem solved.
