Why would anyone preface their comments with "sorry guys but another winch topic!!!!"

Hey, it's a perfectly good topic of discussion, especially in Utility ATVs. Those who don't like winch topics can choose to not open the threads.

BTW. It doesn' appear that all the url came through.

Not a bad price, but not a great price either. Keep in mind, that's just for the winch. You'll have to dish out another $70-$80 for a mounting bracket for your specific ATV.

I've seen the winches listed on Ebay lately for $249.99. That's probably about as good a deal as can be found for a new Warn A2000. If you do happen to buy one, I would look to Cabelas for a mount. Most of their mounts are $59.99 and include the roller fairlead. Some places will charge up to $50.00 for the mount and another $30.00 or so for the fairlead.

I'ts a good topic, most Polaris owners depend on winches and tow straps exstensively.

wygrizz, Its obvious that when you were comparing sp and the grizz you have now decided that you bought the wrong one. I can only come by this evaluation by your repeated bashing of Polaris. Give us all a break and sell it and get the one that slipped away. We will forgive you. Everyone has a momentary lapse of reason now and then.

Is there a place to buy the roller fairlead any cheaper it is exactly 49.97 at the local Polaris dealer. And it is funny wygrizz always has somthing to say about a Polaris on all the other forums, but not the Yamaha forum, Im betting that school is on spring break, the grizzly is his Dads, and that wygrizz rides a badger or one of those Honda 90s.
