ARE RANCHER 3504X4 GOOD?
#2
I prefer the Rancher becaues it is lighter and smaller than anything in its class (and WAY lighter than the big bore bikes). I use it mostly for techinical trail riding, where speed isn't much of a factor. Top speed will be limited more by the suspension than by anything else though. It climbs extremely well. Can't comment much on serious mud (I ride in the desert). The things I don't particularly like are the stock tires (replaced with Holeshot ATR's on ITP Magnum rims-it's a completely different bike!!!) and the front steering "hunts" a little in some types of terrain.

I have a 2002 Rancher, and have road the bigger quads, the previous post hit it on it perfictly. Does everything ok, but won't keep up with the bigger quads when you hit the open trails or back roads.
