My 1971 Honda US90, need help

I've picked up a 1971 Honda US90, I need a left rear tire but don't know where to begin, can anyone offer advice.

I don't know of any place to get a new one if it's the floation type, but I see them pop up on ebay once in awhile, they usually bring pretty good money though.
