'72 BSE 440T motor

I have a '72 BSE 440T from a Moto-ski Zephyr on my '82 fl250 oddy. Id like to know more about this motor pre-Bombardier buy-out. Horsepower, specs, etc...?

Thought you first were talking about a BSA 440 Victor dirt bike

electric ignition

Im dense when it comes to electronics, so i need a lil help. I want to put an electric start on my bse 440t but dont have the know-how to do it. Electric starters for dummies? Lol
