Is there a possibility that the spark is advanced or retarded on these small engines? I have spark fuel, new head, piston etc. Checked timing but still to crank. It will not fire. I’m thinking the timing is advanced or retarded but can’t figure out how that can happen I checked the flywheel to see if the pin got sheared but is ok. Absolutely mind boggled on this one!
