Anyone going this monday memorial day?

 

I plan on coming up and I think some guys from Paul's cycles is coming. My brother-in-law will be there with his Quadzilla.

Should be some fast bike there. There is a ZR-1 1000 motor on a Raptor . Its pretty fast.

Maybe some of the fast Banshees will show up .

Yes, some fast bikes were at St Joe on Saturday. My bone stock DS is pretty fast LOL. A friend of mine just got his Raptor back with 10.7 stock bore piston and Sparks midrange cam. Runs good. It is a good thing he had those parts installed or the DS would have had another victim [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Rick with the FTZ Raptor was there running strong as usual. There were a couple Banshees there but nothing that the DS couldn't handle. My old Banshee was fastest on Saturday.

Went to Big River Sand Drags Saturday night. At least 4 Powervalve Banshee motors and 1 Krankenstein. Seemed like they were all cutting out, I guess due to temp or humidity. Had a blown V-8 (funny car type) rail that cut and probably blew the pistons. They said he is a track record holder at 117 mph in 300ft. It was pretty awesome.

Big bad accident at St. Joe on Saturday. 400ex vs. Grizzly head on. Air lifted the 400ex rider. It was probably the worst I have ever seen there. We didn't witness the accident, just heard that is what happened and saw the aftermath.
