Well last week we took off to Ok to go hit the Dunes......Yes in the middle of July....I had a great time I woke up Thursday morning and finally went to sleep Sunday morning at three!!...I was having way to much fun to be sleeping...There were not that many people there and I think I know why! We made it back about 3am Monday morning and by 7 mxrookie was in the Hospital...Suffering from severe dehydration.....Needless to say his wife said he can not hang out with me aany more!.....We are already planning to be back for the Sandfest, well Blake and I will the rook will have to sit this one out!,,,,Is any one else going for the Sandfest?

Glad that the trip went well. Except for mx. Hows he doing? Hopefully after the iv drip hes ok.

 

They let him ou tof the Hosp. Wednsday I talked to him earlyier and he was back at work....The man looked rough but I did not know he was dying!!

 

Shannon, I have been there and done that. You just dont realize it until its to late. Atleast he had enough since to go to the hospital. I didn't. But glad to hear hes out and about again.

 

No that is were you are wrong....He nor I had the scince to know it was his wife that knew he needed to go.......I thought it was normal to throw up that much and sleep and yours eyes turn completely red..( I did tell him he could use the truck if he wanted to go to the hospital![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img]

I can go back But next time we have to sleep a little more before getting out there and staying up for DAYS !~ And my ole woman says i can go back just i have to bring her along she dosent want to miss out on a trip like that !

All it took was one look from her and she knew i was dehydrated . but all is good 15 litres of saline and a few shots of toridol took care of me !
