Central Massachusetts?
Well... if you're in Worcester, it'll be a hike for you..... but the Pittsfield State Forest out in Pittsfield Mass is a great place to go. I've been going there the past couple weekends in a row, and it's been pretty cool. Awesome trails. They can be a little muddy if it had rained, but not terribly.
Only catch is your quad(s) are supposed to be registered in Mass. So we did... no big deal. They don't charge you anything to ride at Pittsfield, just $5 to park.
Not bad at all....

Its worth it. Theres quite a bit of trails to ride and they have everything from mud to logging roads to really rocky uphill trails.
We(me and 400EXbear) went a couple times and really enjoyed it.
We've still not been down all the trails either.
Its prolly 25 mins or so off exit 2 of the masspike.
