Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

Damn water pumps. I found mine starting to leak while changin the oil. It was a fresh leak, only 2 drops on the skid plate. I'm glad I caught it early. Who knows when it will be out of the shop now. Damn parts are cheap, just not in stock! Anyone know a good parts guy?[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img] I guess I'm a victim of my own doings. The bike has been at the shop for 2 weeks...on display. I get it home and it wants to leak.

Checkem frequently boys and girls. I'll be stocking parts now. you can count on that.

Hey Bill can you check for me today to see if you guys have a blaster kick starter bolt in stock [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] (it's the bolt to hold it on) & maybe a kick starter we need to get one so we can do the clutch next week!! I haven't checked w/ RIDE yet, they don't stock alot of quad parts [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] so anyway LET ME KNOW!! WEll maybe someone on here can answer my ?? about which is better to run in the case of the blaster synthetic or regular oil??????? I'm trying to order some oil form his sponsor but thought I'd heard that synthetic will make the clutches last longer?? ANY help would be appricated THANKS!!!

If your referring to the YFZ450 leaky weep hole from the water pump... yes it is a common thing for the 2004's I haven't heard of the 05's doing it yet. But then they haven't been out that long.
