Actually I would love to take credit for the hard work that Bill (RealtorRider) created that list...
Im sure he will send you another copy of it...I would send it but I think its a good idea that only the creator sends out his work...let me know if you cant get ahold of him or he dont write back on here soon (ya right he's always on) and I will see what I can do for ya.
-If he has already responded to this sorry for the wasted space but I have to respond to the messages as I read them or I get lost in the 75-100 we have on here a day now~~~which by thje way is awesome isnt it????!!!!

Sorry to hear about the shaft you were given by a particular shop in Smokey Point, I'll never do business with them, but they're too far for me anyway, I just hate people getting ripped off by businesses. I had the extended warranty for about six weeks, then cancelled it, at that point I thought it was a waste of money. I can spend my hard earned dollars on other tangible items that I can hold onto for a long time.
