3rd Annual PSAR Pizza Feed:

Quad4Fun + Family
NWCutie + Hondablue + Family
Wingdude + Family
RidinLCWA + Family
QuadRoller + Family
RealtorRider
Nickli + Nicklet
HappaRap + Hollywood

With big people (16) plus little people (12), grand total in attendance = 28 Thanks to Wingdude, he saved us 5 booths upstairs in the very back against the wall, the best seats in the place. It was surprisingly quiet where we were compared to the rest of the place. Pizza was good, hot wings were hot and good, free refills on pop, there was beer for those who indulged and conversation was plentyful. Nice to meet Wingdude and his family, they were all in attendance, and Cindy (RidinLCWA's better half). I had a great time, glad we went and thanks go out to Quad4Fun for spearheading this event, it was a big success, thanks to everyone who attended.

Originally posted by: HappaRapThe elite members (original small group who ran the club) of WSQR never used the site, except for Quadpotato (Dave) and QuadFam (Jeff). It's a sad day when a club makes as much money as they do and feel a website tied to their club functions is not necessary, looks like the trail maintence work parties along with poker runs will be alittle thinner in the future, IMO. Oh well, that's life and their decesion, I hope the members of WSQR site can find their way to this site.
Even though I wasn't a member of the club, I wholeheartedly agree with you.
Even though the Club members weren't very active (they were way outnumbered by us non-members), that was a great tool for everybody. Even if the members didn't post, they could at least get on and see what was going on. That is how a lot of us "nonnies" were informed of some of the events.
I hope the Club isn't swirling the toilet bowl. It would be a shame to see that happen. They were one of the more noticeable clubs, and the website helped that. Clubs are only as good as the members and those running them. I hope the turmoil that was going on, doesn't take them down. I think they had the people to pull it out, and make it a success. We'll see I guess.
Good Luck to them..................

The "casa de le barn" had raised eyebrows today when I told the of the pizza feed. The higher ups than me think it's a good idea to "host" a "sister event" at alfy's in smokey point in a month or so. Be on the lookout for a "north end pigout" more info to follow............ sometime sooner, or later.
