i second what happa just said about tahuya
you had better know exactly where your front tires are at all times
some of the trails have high/tight sides that may be disguised with leaves/ferns and such,,,,,but sure enough there will be a root/rock grabbing at ya
just gotta be careful
watch the wrists

Great ride at Tahuya today, BigDaddy, Skllz, Kenny and myself tore it up. We did the entire Overland, Mission Creek and part of the Tahuya River trails. It didn't rain until we got back to the staging area, we ran into 2 groups of riders coming the other way on the trail, had no major problems, just your typical wrist breakers and some nice puddles. That was my first time on the Overland trail, very challenging at times but alot of fun, can't wait to do it again, maybe with some of the northenders, if they ever come south

I guess they don't think our southern trails are technical enough, even though Rod and Cindy did ride the WSQR Poker Run at Tahuya last year. Skllz gets the blue ribbon for riding south, he's even been to South Prairie !!!

Need to move this back to the top.
I'd almost forgotten what downporing rain was like.
Maybe I'll ride tomorrow if it isn't a rainstorm.
