What a great weekend! The weather couldn't have been any better considering we are in the lovely pacific northwest.

We ended up going to Middle Waddell since it was close and Hondablue had to work on Saturday. SmokeEater70 had the camphost site - buddy, you totally rock![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] Had a great time seeing folks - I wasn't always 100%, but good company always makes me feel better.

I had a great time riding Saturday! It is definitely time for some trail maintenance down there - I could barely watch the kids sometimes - the trail was really technical for those little buggers and I was afraid someone was going to go over the edge. But, as RidingLCWA said, they really did great. Even outrode me over that one spot [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img]

Loved those meatloaf sandwiches! Yummy!!!

It was fun to ride with Mr. and Mrs. Bear too. Thank you very much Mrs. Bear, for taking the little ones back to camp.

The boys and I came back a day early and it is a good thing. Somehow, while we were gone in the hot weather, millions of dormant fleas hatched and they were hungry!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-frown.gif[/img] Michael had jumped in the shower before he knew what was going on, he ended up running out of there in just a towel with his legs covered in nasty little bugs! ew!!!!!!!!!!![img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-disgusted.gif[/img]

We ended up setting off foggers last night and then again this morning, bathing the dogs, and putting the drops on them. It would have been tough to do all that if we were just getting home late today. But now, the house is flea-free and I'm a happy girl. [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]

Plus mowing and all the other stuff I bailed on so we could go camping. But it's all done, life is good, and I can't wait for the next trip.

We're up for Easton the 24th-26th if you are saving spots. The last day of school is 6/24 and it's a half-day. I'll be ready by then to get out and ride!

I don't think I'll be doing any camping before then. The last few weeks are crazy with the end-of-the-year fun and games, report cards, and the classroom shuffle. (I'm moving classrooms for the fourth time in four years [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] from room 2 across the building to lucky 13 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-cool.gif[/img] )

Wow, you guys are tough this week-end on poor Happa! I'll have you all know that our yard is looking marvelous and the fence has made great progress this long week-end plus he got in a day of riding. Now that's some accomplishments!!
