WHATS THIS TCB CRAP... florence is 3 days. I doubt 3 days will hamper bidness. YOUR GOING TO TO THE DUNES HAPPA... Dont make me come over there and stick a ring in your nose and drag you down. you really need this trip to get away from the rat race. it will be good medicine!!! No excuses. So, we had this very big, very dead tree on my neighbors property, next to my property line. If it fell it would take out about 1/2 of my house. I was concerned and approached my neighbor about taking it out. He said sure, take it out. Because we live close to the power lines, we convinced the power company to take down for us. He and I had talked about the tree and that I wanted the wood. He said that he didn't want it and I could have it, no problem. So late last week the tree is cut down and lays there through the weekend. I didn't have time to worry about it then or through this week. The plan was to have my brother come and help me clean it up this weekend.

Well, come the start of the week my other neighbor (there are only 3 of us in the cul de sac) and the tree owning neighbor show up and start cutting it up and hauling it away. They did that for about 3 days. They took quite a bit, leaving some. I'm not sure how much is left because I've been leaving early and working late all week. So basically, my plan for winter wood is blown to he!! and I'm out wood for the winter.

Just venting, but the whole situation stinks. The good news is, my weekend workload has been lightened, but now I will end up buying wood.

 

there is always lots of free wood on craigslist in the free section
