Default Puget Sound/Seattle NW Area Riders Meet HERE!!!

I'll pretty much give any place a try. I'm not to skeeered. But I don't want to go somewhere that's to difficult for my wife. She only has been riding about 10 times. I'd rather let her choose how fast she progresses in the difficulties of the rides we go on.

Don't want to upset the wife. LOL

Bear good luck on hunting. I head out in 14 days to go hunting over by naches. I'm praying i get my elk this year. I have carried a gun for 3 years now and haven't got a shot of yet.
I can not feel sorry for you. Haven't had a elk in the last 6 seasons, only seen 2 during the season the last 3 seasons.

Sean, are you going riding with us on the 29th? Should be a good ride.
You too Josh14, we will be in your neck of the woods.
I haven't been riding there yet.

What are the conditions like?

What is the skill level needed?
Rock Candy is easy to medium to a little hard in some spots. My 14 year old daughter loves it there. As Momma said, there will always be someone on the back side of the trail to help anyone. I normally take the back because of my kids. The last time we went, Jenna(daughter) took off and left me in the dust,

Rock Candy is my favorite trails(behind Evans Creek) Nice long trails. If Happa is leading, be sure and pack snacks and water. And bring enough for him as well

He is always needing food.

It will be fun

Dirt, who you callin a HO, HO. Glad your pup is ok.

We had to get rid of our poodle a couple days ago. He kept biting the kids that would come over with our kids. We gave him to our nieghbor. They are a couple of ladies with hardly any visitors. He is in heaven, spoiled to the core.

Josh14, Shelton is a small little town where everyone knows everyone, right. I was wondering if you know one of my buddies down there, Warren Yeck. He is a freaky little redneck. His wife's name is Barbie and his daughter's is Tia. Do you know him??

Worth a shoot.
Ya, it's a pretty small town. But no, I don't know them.
I don't know very many people around there. I just moved there a few years ago.
Josh, I take it you know where Union is. My wife works at Mason County Medic One as a Para-Medic, my daughter works at the Shelton High School pool and part time at Medic one as an EMT. Now me, I don't work anymore. Used to work at Cushman Boats out in Potlatch. My wife has been riding for about a year now and fast is not her game either. So she can ride with the rest of us slow pokes. I did the go fast with the front runners and have decided to do the easy ride thing from now on. We will have to get together for a local ride sometime.
