Hollywood's right, there is good natured bickering back and forth all the time. Just keep in mind, online posting and chat doesn't allow for tone of voice, inflection, facial expression, or body language. Misinterpretation can happen, especially when you don't have any reference to work from, like having met face to face. Sometimes it happens even when we know each other!
