Got a lead on a blaster today... gonna go check it out tomorrow. Also have a lead on a YZ80 motor... .

Looking at all the mods required to make a 90 fit a grown man, I'm thinking starting with a blaster might reduce the level of the mods....

But a Blaster frame is not a "mini" I thought a 90 frame was the largest frame that was being allowed.
The guys that run the diaper bikes don't run with YZ80 frames.

90cc was the displacement limit for two strokes. We didn't discuss limits on chassis size. Since the frame on the mini would have to be lengthend to put the seat far enough back and a swing arm lengthend so it's ridable, a swing-arm fabricated for an LT80, steering stem raised, a-arms widend and kart axle used. there isn't much left of the original bike. In fact it would be close to the dimensions of a blaster cut down in height by a few inches...

Diaper bikes are modified to fit an adult... they look like a yz80 with tiny tires.
