I got acouple of questions!

My friend is ordering a new clutch (disks) for her warrior. How do you know if you need to buy the springs too? Are you just better off buying the springs and replacing those too?

I need my valves adjusted on my quad and i DO NOT know how to do it? Is anybody willing to teach me? I will bring my quad and money for the labor? I always ask Justin to teach me and he always says " Oh they are fine", typical man saying. They are way over due!!

As for the valves if it wasn't a DOC DJ would help ya out but he's gonna have to have help/guidance himself on the 450's................................hint hint hint

Adjusting the valves isn't too bad, more time than anything (plus a lil bit o' math). To check them usually takes an hour or so. If needed the big hunt for the shims.....aka math.

Morning PSAR

Well looks like a young man may be closer to racing a supermotard
He is also going to a new school YIPPPEEEEE he's getting out of that crappy junior high, & WON'T be going to the crappy high school He's going to do sooooooo much better now, & we are checking into a Sno-Isle program up by Boeing in Everett for auto tech & welding he can come out of there certified so he's a VERY happy camper no more STUPID kids bugging him constantly!!!!!! The new school doesn't have shop though BUT his current shop teacher we think will let him come to 6th period to finish out his welding shop this year, plus he wants to finish his diaper quad project that he has going there!! So that'll be cool his shop teacher is his buddy so i'm sure he'll let him!!

So Bill do you know if RMC has been running a women's class??? Just trying to figure out if I should bring my gear

So what are you saying.....?

Angie, a mail order company, that carries the tusk line has full clutch kits to include springs for under $50.00

Measure the springs as shown in the service manual, you might not need them. If the idea of pulling a hard clutch is less than appealing, you might want to get OE Yammie springs from Ronnies Mail Order.
