Intake - K&N
Exhaust - ?
Jet Kit - DynaJet
Different sproket - totally clueless
my 2 cents
pop her lid
DRD slip on
Gyt-r jet kit
leave the sprocket stock
MB - I got a couple of questions for you. Why would you leave the stock sprocket on? How much would the jet kit benefit the Raptor 350? Just curious. Thanks.

WildTurkey151 - You can see what mods I've got. The quad did pretty well at Sand Lake. It's not to crazy there, so if you were going there you won't need to spend much money on extras.

You know I forgot all about you having a 350. And I know that Big D has an ol' warrior pretty much the same quad. I am guessing here but is the stock tooth on the front sprocket 15? I just want the ol 350 to move a little faster on the start. That is why I thought about the sprocket

Josh- the little rappy / warriors will pull good for what they are. If you could have watched Joel drop down into the tree shot at Florence on Brenda's stock Raptor 350, you would have been thinking the same thing as the rest of the group. (this just got bad, and it'll take all 10 of us two hours to dig it out.) TP held that thing to the wood, slipped the clutch a lil' bit, and I'll be damned, it made it out. I do not see any reason to gear the bike down. Spinning the engine harder is the end result. It pulls good as is. I trail rode the rappy, no problems in stock form. I just don't think that giving up top end is worth a little extra down low, plus the extra stress on the motor.

As far as jetting..... you opened up the exhaust for what reason? Sound or power? I'm guessing power because you put an air filter on it as well. Now you are flowing more air, with the same fuel delivery = lean. Check your plug. I will bet you a diet coke your plug is lean. Toss more fuel...aka...Jet it... you will have more power. Alot of air is good, if you can increase the fuel to compliment it. I personally recommend the Yamaha jet kit. The numbering on the jets is universal, and not exclusive like the Dyno jet product.

Just my 2 cents sir.

I cant remember whats on my warrior now. But i have sprokets all the way down to 12 for the front and from 38 to 44 in the back Seems to me that 13 42 was the money combo for hill climbin. After i built it i think i may have put a 14 or 15 on the front with 42 in back to utilize more of the bottom end. but hard tellin whats on it... K&N proflow and a good slip on pipe with a 147.5 or 150 main jet should do ya swell. I have a pro circuit T4 on one warrior and that is no where sound legal for anywhere. you need earplugs to ride.

Bear
I don't think there were any sandbaggers this weekend............
They were all MUDbaggers

OMG, that was the muddiest I've ever seen.

It was good to catch up with you Ken, great to meet ya.
To bad the conditions weren't better to really open up that Zuki............

I was gonna catch ya before you left. I saw ya over there changing and stuff, was going to come over after you got all done, then I noticed you were gone already.
Hope ya make it up to Pacific Raceways, if so let me know. We usually go for the whole weekend.
