TP, why would Honda have oversize valveguides in a stock motor?

They ARE NOT oversized!!!! I had some research done @ Gervasi & Powersports [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] they(the oversized & stocK) are the SAME part # [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-confused.gif[/img] guess the guide has to be auged out to fit the valve but it's TOO LATE FOR THAT :l:l The valve IS NOW RUINED, we are VERY VERY DISGUSTED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! To say the least!! The head is phucked up, the welding job has a "dip" in it who knows if it'll leak oil or not I let Pat know how pissed I was as I walked out in disgust just shaking my head, I was told if it leaks HE will replace the whole jug HA!!!
Gervasi's would of fixed it up right & tight for $175 machine shop didn't want to eat that I guess *rollseyes* so they should be calling to order a valve!! I told them I have come to the conclusion I WILL NOT HAVE A QUAD FOR ANTHER WEEK OR SO so just call if/when it gets done!! I hated to be like that but COME ON 4 WEEKS TO FIX IT ???????
