Good Morning PSAR [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]
Well we made it home from Darrington in MOSTLY one piece.............DirtDad didn't fair too well [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] him & the big boys were on a ride Sat. coming down the mountain in 5th WFO when his tires kinda went in the ditch, he almost saved it when his damn GRIP CAME OFF [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] so needless to say he got spit off the right side on his right side was not a good site I guess!! A few more feet & he would of been MORE hurting I guess, he landed on the "smaller" rocks. They put him on Kurts preddy & coasted him down the hill, he made it back to camp & they literally had to pull him off of the quad & almost carry him to the camp fire where we stripped him down & threw him in bed!!!!! With some Aleve & Daloden(sp?) Good night Irene hahaha
He slept Ok thru the night then we decided he'd better go to the ER so we spent 5 hrs there yesterday!!! Int he end he came out w/ a few broken ribs, one of them broke in several places, a fracture on his vertabrae, they did an x-ray on his right knee but it is OK THAT'S a GOOD thing haha, so he got x rays, CT's all the goods then they gave him the pain meds ahhhhhhh too funny [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-wink.gif[/img] So he's out of work for 2-3 wks, [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] Doc laughed when he asked when he would be able to go back to work, he asked what do you do when he said roofer he laughed harder it sucks guess NO vacation for us this year [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-sad.gif[/img] he will be taking all his vaca pay for this!!
Anyway I told him looks like Momma gets a 450 [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img][img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-tongue.gif[/img] we will have to knock him back down to the 426 haha
I didn't even really ride, took the 300 on about a 15 mini blast up the clear cut trail that's about it, flew around on the fiddy got muddier than chit MAN IT WAS A WET ONE UP THERE!!!!!!!!!!
But all in all it was a good time [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-happy.gif[/img] NO other major accidents ect.
