Pictures ????????????????????????????????????

Don't think there will be many of those. It rained so much, the cameras really didn't come out to play. I have a couple from yesterday, but only of a Happa, carl and his son, and I think thats about it. Not sure if anybody else got a camera out yesterday, the only day it didn't really rain. I'll put mine on the PSAR site when I find my camera.

Posted a couple pics to PSAR site. Like I said, nothing exciting. Lots & lots of rain kept the cameras away.

They pay me to keep it there Well they are talking about working out a deal on a new quad for me for there mistakes. We shall see what happens. I will tell you this. There is a few people that have said that they are thinking of going elsewhere for a new quad that were down in Winchester. Let's see if they step up to the plate?

Well i wonder where Happabreakstwomanychairs i mean Happalosseshisnuts and Hollywood are?
Twomny we all hope you are ok. Oh and don't forget about the bullet hole after you put the preda puss back together
Happalikesbeingrunoverbyscrambler, how did Hollywood do for her first time?
Twomny Jr. better put his share of bullet holes on the Blaster. Man that kid can ride with the best of em, even better than his old pops.

We're baaaack!!

Wow, where to start....first I guess is to say, I am not a quad virgin anymore, yeeehhhh

2mnytoyz was kind enough to bring his Scrammy for me to try out and let me tell you..they took me for a ride!!!!

I was thinking I would only go for a little ride in the flatter area to make HappaRap happy but then it was decided Sandbomber, the sand wizard, would take us for a trip through the dunes and up and down hills that seemed like mountains to me. I got stuck one time going up a big one and Happa came to my rescue, I had to get off, up hill, cuz I was turned sideways somehow, don't ask me, and he was trying to get the scrammy back down the hill when he tried to just let go and it ran right over him. We knew he wasn't hurt and it looked so darned funny from up on top where the rest of us were that we had to laugh at him.

Then another time Happa was trying to get me to go down this "mountain" that they had taken me up and I didn't want to go down it. I was face to face with him, giving him my best "wife look" and conveying my dislike of the situation to him but he stayed right by my side the whole way down and I did survive the situation.

You all would really not believe where we went, I was just freaking out quietly within my borrowed helmet and trying not to pee my pants. Hap finally admitted to me if his first quad ride would have been up and down and around where mine was then he would have thrown up with nervousness. I just held on tight though and tried to keep up and not look like a complete nitwit. Even waved to a few people, little did they recognize it as a wave of "HELP ME!" though and just thought I was one cool chick on a quad

To say the least I am completely sore today but glad I rode and look forward to it again.

We really had a great time as Sean mentioned above and wished it could have lasted longer. We spent time with great friends, met new ones or spouses of others we had been waiting to meet. We shared food, stories, spiders , jokes, (I was told there was a little jacuzzi thing going around) and as always everyone was always ready to help anyone else. This is SUCH a great group of folks on here and Happa and I are proud to call you our friends. Sorry for the moment there but I'm a bit tired and it turned out to be a little bit of an emotion filled day yesterday, but I will let others fill you in.

ttfn,...

But the rain didn't dampen our spirits for riding, we rode, rode and rode. Quad4Fun doctored my big air picture on the PSAR site. I got atleast 6 feet of air, he photoshoped the picture. I can't believe he did that, I got the biggest air of anybody out there.

Wowser!

We got back at 5:00... long trip. I'm a little... ok a lot sore, but I'm mobile and feeling better. So-far the machine has a bent steering post and the bracket for the steering post.... FYI.. don't go 50mph across water.... not good. What I thought to be an inch or so turned out to be a foot and a half or so. I'm glad it didn't happen when Sandbomber and I were going across the same area earlier that day... we were going much faster.

You'll have to quiz happarap since he saw it, I don't remember. I guess I was unconcious for 15 minutes or so. All I know is I was riding along and then waking up wondering where I was. I'm just glad Happarap didn't have a shovel... I'd be buried out there in the sand right now .

Larry, Jim, Val, Geri, Glen and whomever else helped out: Thank you. You'll never know how much that meant to me. Thank you for jumping in and taking care of things. I know it seems to be the natural thing to do, but it just underscores what good friendship is really about.

Larry and Val, thanks for making sure we made it home ok.

Peter, Sandbomber, thanks for calling and checking up.

I'll drop the predator off at the dealer this weekend and have him check things out and see if more is bent.

BigD and Thumpie, Sorry I didn't say good bye this morning. You guys looked like you were asleep. BigD, I know you didn't feel too good last night. Anyway, thanks for being there.

Well like Hollywood said, she finally got to ride a quad and I must say she did great, I'm extremely proud of her and if you're gonna learn to ride, might as well be at Winchester Bay, home of the biggest dunes on the west coast, atleast the Pacific Northwest. She even got alittle air, more than I ever got that day, except for the doctored picture in the PSAR site.

She didn't wine at all about the steep climbs, atleast steep for a first timer, heck, she rode on steeper terrain than I did my first time out, Beverly was mine, and I wined all day. I think she's hooked now, and the trouble begins from this point, no more bling bling for the Rappy, time to start shopping for a Hollyquad.
