I think there's more rim to bend on the 10's. I bought 9's almost 3 yrs ago because I was using the stock rims. If I get 10's, I have to get new rims, 9's, no new rims, it's just a trail quad.
Originally posted by: Dirtmomma Seems like I've heard that 9" are good for the trail cuz they are T O U G H 'er??? A 10" one will bend easier but maybe I dreamt it

WOW, what a hot freaking weekend in Richland
Made a late trip to Bellingham Friday night to pick up Ash's quad, got home about 1:00 am
Got up next morning and had truck to Torklift by 0800 for a hitch, then run home and take off for Richland.
Ash has pretty much disowned her LT80 now I think....
She loves her new Blaster with YZ80 motor, works shocks, +3 a-arms, durablue axle.
Man it scoots and has awsome suspension, nothing she can't jump. More travel that she know what to do with.
She has never really used a clutch, but took the quad for her to ride on the easy stuff over there. She picked up on the shifting stuff pretty quick, so she wanted to race it already, yikes.......
The girl done great though, got the starts down pretty good, still some work to do down shifting.
Now I just need to find a YZ85 motor for a backup since it will bolt right up
Josh,
Thanks for the phone call Sunday, we missed ya at HR.
Take care and we're still praying for your dad to improve
Let me know if you need anything.....
Ken got his Z450 shocks back and he really loved them. He and Aaron both did good.
Ken got a little competitive and rode his tail off, got a little heat exhaustion on his 2nd moto though, yikes.
Bill,
Sorry to hear about your apartment.
I hate seeing that stuff happen to people.
I hope you get things squared away and find another place soon
Randy,
I'm not sure what is wrong, but sure hope you can get Julie on the mend and better.
Hopefully get to meet you guys sometime soon
HappaFishingGuy,
If you head South to Mineral or elsewhere down here, you are welcome stop and throw my boat in your truck. Got a 14' aluminum, it's nice and lightweight though. I might even try and dig ya up some of my secret flies (if I can find 'em) I use at Mineral, Riffe Lake, and Lake Curlew . about 2 to 2-1/2 colors out on the ol' leaded line and about 10' of 2 or 4 lb. leader, trolling slow and I usually slay 15"+ (or you can troll a flatfish really slow, my second favorite)
Finally for you BEAR,
Well, nevermind........ I guess I consider the source on the Firefighter harrassing
hahahaha...Who loves Ya
I do like the EMT part of the job, helping people most of all, that's what it's all about
OK, so I fudged a little, there is nothing quite like going into a burning building
I gotta admit though, the best part is being able to help family and friends if/when needed, that is really what I live for. Your wife and daughter of course know all about that.

Hey that post wasn't bad for trying to catch up pon some 40+ pages
Hey BEAR,
My dad and wife are finally getting to pick up their Kodiak's this week
Had to wait for their trailer to arrive.
No riding experience, so I'm gonna take them out just cruising a couple times.
I told him about you and your neck of the woods, maybe this will be a good excuse to hook up again and go ride some of the easier areas you have over your way
I think he would enjoy hooking up with you and Mike (tencubed) for some riding.
He has been doing a lot of research since he's bought them. He's talked to just about every Ranger district in Washington. Learned how there is not many good ATV riding spots for all riders in this state. He's looked heavily at Idaho and Montana, and elsewhere. He's planned a 4 day trip to Rye Creek in Montana in July, sounds like a fun spot.
