I was just stating that a smaller sprocket makes more revolutions, with the teeth coming in contact more often with the chain, therefore wearing it out faster. And yes, change sprockets, front and rear along with chain.

I ran that setup for a long time, worked great for me, I just started playing around with different gearing to see how it actually effected my riding in different terrain.

He does seem like the laid back ute type rider

HEY!!!! What's wrong with a laid back ute rider? Better (read safer) than being a crazy sportie rider!

The reason I wrecked today is, someone(rancher) was climbing a hill and lost power and momentum. Which in turn makes me stop.....kinda. I lock the brakes and start sliding backwards and stop. Th next thing I know is the front left tire starts reaching for the sky. I jump off and the quad lands on me and slides of a little bit down hill. The whole time we are standing on slipery clay that is sticky and slimmy. And he told on the spot that was my fault. SO I blame it on Rancher. Don't follow him on a slippery hill, he'll make you stop on the hill. Oh and he had to use 4 wheel drive today. I didn't!!!!!!
