I used the carpool lane allot when i had mud dog in the truck and i would have used that as my defense.. Carpool should only bee for 2 or more LISCENSED DRIVERS!!! Tough chit mommy your kid don't pay taxes on that lane anymore than my dog does so suck it.

 

Yup, babies qualify for carpool head count. What gets me is the no trailers and nothing over 10,000 weight rating. This means any pickup licensed for 12,000 can't use that lane. What I understand is even if your empty you can be ticketed because the rig is licensed at that level. Yet busses and motorhomes can run the HOV no problem.
