Personally I'm dumber than a box of nails about this kind of stuff so I called my son and ask him. He says in the menu there is an area for selecting different kinds of formats the unit will play. Somewhere in this area on nearly all DVDs you will find an area that will probably allow you to fix this problem. He also mentioned that a loose or broken cable can cause this. Good luck.

Well, we just put the movie in and it started out in B/W, put in another one just to make sure it wasn't the disc, same with the second one.
I never could contact with her, she's too fast, she can be a little pain in the azz, especially when she insists on sneaking up behind you on the sofa and licking the back of your neck, I think you got alittle bit of that action, but we still love her. You "discovered" it wasn't playing in color? How did you "discover" this? Put a movie in and turn it on?
Did you accidentally hit it with your cane when you were swinging at Bindi?
