Stevens pass opens tomorrow for skiing and snowboarding!! Woo Hoo. I'm gonna wait probably for a week before i head up there and let the siko's take the first weekend.

Thanksgiving we are heading over to Justin's parents cabin over by Fish lake. Coming home on Friday to get some stuff done on the garage. We are getting pretty close to having it final.
Hey WQ did you get your Elk?
Nope. There was about 17 in our group, and we got one cow. I saw 2 cows the whole time i was there. I didn't even see a deer, which is very uncommon. We needed alot more snow than what we got for the elk to start moving out of the higher hills. One of my cousins that had a cow tag got his the day before we left. He was very lucky on getting one. The muzzleloaders and bow users come in before we do and clean out the local elk. So we have to wait for the big storm and cross your fingers that it brings alot of snow. I have family that goes hunting in the same exact spot but is a muzzleloader and they got 5 spikes. There season is 2 weeks before ours.

Oh yea my uncle and I got a rabbit. LOL I was laughing pretty hard when my uncle shot it. He tells me, now i have to get it right in the head, so you don't waste the meat. I had my ears covered as i was only 5 feet away from him, bent down waiting for the bang. I had my eyes right on the rabbits head. After the bang, i saw fur going every where. I started laughing and saying we need to find the head. I start moving branches looking for the head, which wasn't there. I walked over to the rabbit and my uncle blew the bottom jaw off and shot right in the back of the head. We were laughing because we got on the walkie talkie saying how we needed help getting this "flat top" out of the wood. AFter talking to acouple of people on the radios we told them that we could handle it we will just roll it down the hill, then back the truck up to the bank and roll it into the bed of the truck. We only had about a 5 min walk out of the woods. We finally get it back to camp and one of my cousin's skins and guts it, and puts it on the meat pull. After my cousin got his cow (which wasn't that big) gutted and skinned, and on the meat pull, hanging next to the rabbit. It sure did make the cow look bigger. LOL

I'd cut him back. maybe 2 cups at most morning and night man.

He burns it up man, he is an energetic little focker. I cut him back to 10 cup a day a while back and he got skinny, you could see his ribs.

rex gets 1 cup in the AM,,,,1 cup in the PM,,,,,for the last 6 years (maybe thats why he eats like he is starving

40lb bag of food lasts us a few months or more

1 a week,,,thats crazy

Oh boy, another 480 to beat up on
What are you talking about you can't even beat my Rancher Disclaimer: I am speaking of trail riding only I don't do sand
You're correct, I can't ride as fast as you on the trails, no matter how fast my quad is, you are a better trail rider than I am
Ohh come on Hap, I expected a little smack talking at the least
It takes alot more skill racing through the trails than it does dragracing in the sand, trails equal skilled rider, sand equals most hp. I can kick your **** in the sand, you can kick my **** in the dirt, there, we're even
Yeah but I see a Rennagade in my future
I see wollies in mine I brought the trike to work for some run time
