Mine just started on the second kick. After having the carb torn apart. The air screw had some funky sludge stuck to it. After scraping clean, it would seat right. The black stuff almost stuck my fingers together.
And the lesson you learned is to not ruin your leg so your qaud sits around for 7 months without being ridden!

Good news on the quad start up TP!
I still think you'll like it better with the stock rev box. At least I liked mine better with the stocker than with the one I borrowed from you.

Hurt or not, the bikes are meant to be ridden. When they sit they get unhappy.

I think I am keeping the Big Gun box. Can't find the stocker, anyway. I can hit the rev limitter over the whoops, It would be real easy with the stock one.
