If that don't work you can try detailer's clay. should be available at better automotive stores. comes in 2 parts, the clay and a lubricant. spay on the lube and rub the affected area with the clay. It's slightly abrasive (the clay) so apply the lube generously. Works like magic on everything from road tar to overspayed paint.
Don't like the word abrasive and if I had to carefully mix two items or count on one to help out the other, I probably would end up scatching the paint.
