We'd like to keep this place but we HATE the slope/grade, would just like to have flat ground, but who knows. It would be cheaper to throw a man. home up but it's really the wetness ect. since they've built so much up behind us we have alot more water on the property, it's wet 6-7 mo. out of the year.
