I lost a lot of weight last year, unfortunately I found quite a bit of it from Thanksgiving to Christmas and Nate's wedding.
I want to get down to 160 or 165 by the end of the year. So I have around 35-40 pounds to loose.

Dang I think I"m gonna have to get a program myself [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-blush.gif[/img] that dang McD's food [img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-shocked.gif[/img] Ron is also shrinking a little I think he's lost about 10lbs so far!!
