Thought you were gonna look at those Change of mind
We looked at them for a couple of hours, just too much rig for Val and myself. Gonna keep the MH and look at enclosed trailers. Bulldog doesn't have a good website, VR has the best choices around here, just don't know if their prices are right, plus they're closed on weekends, that bites.

I love that style for quads over the regular enclosed. There are no wheel wells, thus making it easier to load.
Plus you can load/unload from front or back, which I have had to do on numerous occasions down at the dunes.
I've backed the trailer into the camp spot, and was able to load the quads up for the night by going through the front.
Give me a call and let me know how your looking is going
I looked at a V today, not much headroom, almost scrape my nogin on the ceiling ribs.

its called a PIT BULL
That might work but I suspect some tree hugger from PETA would complain about a dog being tied to a quad 24/7.

You can get higher ceiling height with those two.
For what you need though, wheel wells won't really be a issue.

Just keep in mind, with your MH, at best you have a 500lb tongue weight, 5000 capacity hitch. at worst it's a 350 lb tongue weight.
It doesn't take much to put a class C over the GVWR or the GAWR for the rear.
Sometimes they are at or over the weight limits before you even hook up a trailer.
I found this to be a problem when I was looking.
90% or better of the class C's that are on the road and towing enclosed trailers are either over weight, or really close to it.
You cannot use weight distribution on a Class C either.
This is due to the extensions put on the frames that the hitches are mounted to.

This shouldn't be a problem for you though. You'll only be towing one or two quads, and you probably don't need more than a 14' trailer.

We need to scale the MH out, one problem I have is the slide on the bedroom, it's a 500lb tongue, 5000 capacity. What we're looking at is curb weighted at 2800lbs, the rear axle is what I'm concerned with, but won't know until we weight it. Actually looking at an 8x16 (inside length), probably Haulmark or equal trailer.

Ya, I'd be curious to your weights.
Even though the hitches are rated at 500/5000 on most class C's, the weight of the MH and contents don't even allow you to tow that much. If you did, it would put you over your GCWR and rear GAWR.
I'm glad I looked into the whole weight issue before I bought a Class C.
It is scary what some of the people are driving/towing out there on the road.
Most of them are clueless to the weight issue, most of them being overweight.
Be sure to look at the trailer weights before you buy also, be sure to include the weight loaded to.

Good Luck in your search

There is some pretty good case history out there that if you are towing and overweight, and you get into a accident, you are pretty much toast. Especially if you severely injure or kill someone. For starters, the insurance company will wash their hands of you if you are overweight. Then you risk losing everything you have. This has been proven in court, most recently in California or somewhere down that way.
