Two things that I would recommend while you're out there.
1. See the Mamoth Pit. By far the most interesting attraction out there IMO.
2. Tour at least one of the caves. We went to Jewel Cave last time.
I do want to go back and poke around some more, I enjoyed it back there.

We'll be heading to South Dakota near the end of June - staying in a campground that is ride in, ride out (can I get a he!! yeah) and some dead presidents nearby on a big rock.............then we'll change over to paddle tires and stay at St Anthonys for 5 days including July 4th before heading back to Winchester (Reedsport) for the family reunion/granpas 90th/cousins wedding. It'll be almost 3 weeks of summer fun

Hello to all fellow northwest riders! New here and a bit new to the ATV scene. Recently bought a 2006 YFZ450 in November and have already made a trip to Reiter and one to Florence!!!! Just wish the h loop was open all year or that 1000 trails would have dune access being that were members. I have been itching to get out for another ride which might be this weekend. What is capital forest like when they open back up in April? Are there any secret spots that any of you like to ride at? The wife now wants her own machine which will come sooner than later.

I figured you were busy, but told slomoe it was the cowboy. Andy is an operater now. He backed a D-7 off the trailer and parked it. I bought him lunch, but he wouldn't drive home.

where is the old Western State Hospital Ruins? are you talking here in washington?

I can probably give you a little more detail on it than OFC...
The first attempt at the front flip will be into a foam pit sometime in April...
Depending on how things go, it could be landed to dirt in a few days or a few months. There's going to be an article and interview with the rider, Chris Webb, in the June issue of ATV Sport, and the flip should also be featured in Huevos 10 when it's released in November. We're doing a promotional photoshoot with Chris for the magazine this weekend at the old Western State Hospital Ruins. It was supposed to be set up for Saturday, but it doesn't look like the weather will cooperate, so we may postpone it until Sunday. We'll be there most of the day, so if anyone wants to come out and just hang out and watch, they are more than welcome to.

Continental Cargo by forest river gets my vote 6000+ miles in trips to Az plus all the dune trips since I got it and not one problem and no tire wear. More cost effective than Haulmarks and interstates as well from the prices I have seen. Just my 02
