hey ofc i wondered into the spin zone and they were talking about doing a front flip just woundered what happend with that? did they do it yet?
I can probably give you a little more detail on it than OFC...

The first attempt at the front flip will be into a foam pit sometime in April...
Depending on how things go, it could be landed to dirt in a few days or a few months. There's going to be an article and interview with the rider, Chris Webb, in the June issue of ATV Sport, and the flip should also be featured in Huevos 10 when it's released in November. We're doing a promotional photoshoot with Chris for the magazine this weekend at the old Western State Hospital Ruins. It was supposed to be set up for Saturday, but it doesn't look like the weather will cooperate, so we may postpone it until Sunday. We'll be there most of the day, so if anyone wants to come out and just hang out and watch, they are more than welcome to.
where is the old Western State Hospital Ruins? are you talking here in washington?
Yes, it's here in WA at Fort Steilacoom park in Lakewood.

RC give me a heads up on the date and time that is my stompin ground I my swing through there if for nothin else to say goodbye

OK...The photo shoot is going to be on Sunday at the old Western State Hospital Ruins at Fort Steilacoom Park. We will get there some time around 10am and anticipate being there for at least 3-4 hours...probably longer.
I need to warn anyone that is bringing kids, some of the structures are not stable and not safe to climb on, there is also lots of broken glass and debris so please be careful and keep an eye on the little ones.
For those of you that haven't been there before, here is a little Preview of what the place is like.

Here are directions for anyone coming from the Northend

Here are the directions if you are coming from the South

Once you get to the park, go to the left at the main gate. Follow the road all the way in. Go past the kids play area, at the end of the road is a large parking lot on the left, parking is free. The ruins are located at the top of the hill that is sort of to the right of the parking lot. Some of the ruins should be visible from the parking lot. Hope to see y'all there!
thats about 2 miles from my place ...I'm in the 6000 block of steilcoom bvld...see you there

Jayna, hows that training going? Have you started that yet?
Lost the job because I couldn't report for pole climbing by last Monday. MRI of my wrist showed Tendon and Ligament damage. I can't bend my wrist in the direction required to hold myself to the pole with the brace on and trying without it creates severe pain. It's better, but doc says at least 5 more weeks healing time.
I am still eligible for future job postings, and there will be some in the next quarter, so I apply for and get one of those.
Sucks, I'm very disappointed, but sometimes this kinda thing works out for the better.

That sucks bigtime, but you need your wrist to work right in order to climb a pole. I hope they give you another chance next quarter. Make sure you are careful on your quad.

Thanks, I am. Wearing my brace when riding helped a bunch at the dunes. Glad my thumb wasn't part of this injury, that woulda sucked.

Should be, to quote our own famous MB "Tip Top Lollypop" in time for the April trip. Can't wait!!!
