I have tried tons of diets and nothing worked for me, except this one. You don't have to buy there food. You can eat anything you want on this diet. so its been a long time since i have been here but i will try to be here more often. i dont know if anyone posted anything about my son yet so here it is. Devon Michael Gilstrap was born april 21 at 12:14 am, he is 9lbs 4oz and 22" long. he is a big healthy boy and doing great at home now, i will post some pics of him soon.
