Hey MQC,

You might look at Holz racing for a steering stem and bar clamp. They make some good stuff, I've heard lots of good things and know many that run their stuff. I am putting their stem and clamp on my LTR450. Their clamp works with 1-1/8 bars, which I think I saw somebody recommend the fatty bars for you.

I'm also putting the ALBA pipe on mine, I know two folks that run that and they like it. I've ridden one of them and loved it, way fast. The one I rode had just the cherry bomb, Alba pipe, Precision steering dampener, and regeared (don't remember what it was, maybe like 39/12 or sumpin).

I have the AC nerf bars with healguards, they work great.

Awesome input thanks. I am keeping notes here and gonna order next week. Wanted to get it in asap but Jayna is gonna help me learn about the bike first. But thanks for the in put I hear good stuf about Holz...</end quote></div>

I would stay away from Alba... I don't know anything about thier pipes but if the quality is not any better than thier nerf bars they are junk. Wild put Alba Nerfs on the midget's 3 fiddy and they are complete crap. just my 2 cents</end quote></div>

I had some of Alba's fully caged with heel guard nerfs on my old KFX for 3 yrs w/o a single problem. They had a cool angle from back to front that I could push out on in the turns.
But then Lu had an exhaust from Alba on her old Z250 that needed to have the can welded back on to the pipe.
I also personally witnessed their downgrade in customer service about a year or so ago.

Hey Sean have U heard anything bout that Motoworks exhuast? It caught my eye on one of the magazine reviews.

MB, are you going Sunday and are you bringing the boys? </end quote></div>

If I get my trike finished, yes. I need to complete the engine swap and get the electrical routed and mounted correctly.

Yeah I would like to bring him. I just worry about cliffs lol...ha ha ha....How olds your little guy. Nick just turned 6. </end quote></div>

I want to say Trev's 7, but I could be wrong. DM will probably chime in tomorrow. Nick would do great. You should bring him.

My pony show is in North Arlington and I can be done and in downtown Arlington with quads in tow for late breakfast/lunch by 11am. Either that, or the diner in Darrington at 11:30a. I vote for Darrington, but I am flexible, too.

What does everyone want to do? I will email Kym, but I am sure they won't mind either way.

Kat, once we figure out who's going and where everyone wants to meet, I will get you directions to meet up.</end quote></div>

Thanks hun...

I am waiting for a magical gnome to come tighten down my bike today..

We have a Alba pie on the Z250 and have had no problems with it. It looks good, sounds good and performs good as well. So far I am happy with it.
