DM, nope I didn't get an email from you. I will look when I get home for that CD. If I find it (Which I'm sure I will) I'll let you know tomorrow morning and I can drop it off at your house on my way home. Do you still have the same cell number? If so, I'll call you if I don't see you online tomorrow. [img][/img]</end quote></div>

To build a new home with amenities such as tile bath floors and counter tops, granite tile counters in the kitchen, fully wrapped windows, open staircase and hardwood floors you're looking at $100.00 per foot minimum.</end quote></div>

That's what I needed to know. I've been trying to differntiate the price of dirt vs. the price of new construction. Of course there is site work in addition to that cost. We may pull the trigger on a new place sometime next year.

I have been offered a free 19' Bayliner. It has two main issues. The upper decking is rotting and will have to be replaced.

It hasn't run since it was submerged for 6 hours in salt water. They didn't really know what to do to get it running again and just parked it in the yard. It has been sitting for 2 seasons. The hull was not damaged when it was swamped.

I guess during some storm they were trying to get it out of the water but there was a lot of other people at the boat launch. So they tried to beach it. But with the storm it got swamped. They did put diesel in the tank so it shouldn't be to bad. But I don't know squat about boats.

I know several of you have great knowledge of boats. Does this sound like a viable project for me or should I pass? I don't need a lawn ornament, but if I can put some time and a reasonable amount of money into it to get it back on the water, That would be cool.

Thoughts are appreciated. [IMG][/IMG]</end quote></div>

I would pass if it were me. You can buy a decent 19' bayliner in the off season for what you will have to put in it to make it safe & seaworthy IMHO</end quote></div>

I agree.
