I'm tired.
CindyLouWho and I surprised the Naches trail riders and showed up to meet them for breakfast and a ride.
Great fun was had with some carnage.
I am tired. I will post pics tomorrow.
Everyone have a good night.
I will relax and watch a movie, something kid friendly, like The Hills Have Eyes II, yeah, that'll do.

What a great ride! A little equipment carnage, but other than that, no injuries.
Josh was the hero of the day for stepping up and riding the aforementioned broken equipment(not his OR his fault)all the way back to the trucks from Eastern Washington. U da Mayun!

Not a drop of rain until we pulled out to go home. Perfect.

The Naches is a really neat trail. The roots and rocks require some navigation in some spots, but nothing too difficult, especially if you took a steady pace(which some of us aren't designed for ). BEAUTIFUL SCENERY. The cabin and meadow is a great spot. Can't wait to go back. Maybe even camping next time.

Final Roll call was Rod and Cindy, Larry, Ray, Jenna, Alita, Josh, Brian, Grady, Matt, Eric and me. And we managed to pickup Jim on the trail while we were waiting for some broke down Jeepers to make a way for us to pass by on the way East.

Pics to follow.

I am really beat. Off to bed! G'Nite PSAR!

What a kick in the pants the Naches Trail was today, perfect weather, partly sunny, no rain. The trail was in great condition, very little water, very little dust. One broken quad, no broken bones, one minor rollover.

It was great seeing and riding with everybody today. 13 riders in our group, 15 people at breakfast.

We even ran into Rapbw01 half way through the ride, he suprised us by just showing up and finding us on the trail. I believe he and PowerRam100 parked on the lower level and rode the lower section. We were not able to ride with PowerRam100 and his two friends on this trip, but we did see them at breakfast and on the trail.

I can't wait to ride that trail again

G/N PSAR

I bet there are no clean quads put to bed tonight from the Naches Trail

And I don't believe it's only 29.6 miles from Enumclaw to the trailhead, it's gotta be further than that!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My part was waiting for me when I got home on Thursday night, but I didn't have time to install it, so I worked on my bike yesterday. Turns out the centerlink wasn't bent... It's curved in it's original shape, so it's tough to tell if it's bent or not.

I put on a different set of handle bars and measured from the ends to a common point on the back of the bike to set them straight, then set the left wheel straight, then the right wheel to the left wheel. What a PITA... You'll see what I'm talking about next time you see the bike.

What I didn't do before was make sure the handle bars were set true down to the n'th degree. Apparently this makes a big difference in setting the left wheel straight. Now that I know this, it should go much quicker if I need to do this again.

The other bikes I have seen don't have this center link, they're symetrical from left to right on the steering post. The outlaw design is a variation on the predator design to eliminate bump steer, the wheels stay true when the suspension is compressed.

Couldn't salvage the front bumper... a new one is on it's way...

I would have loved to have gone riding there yesterday! The bike is ready for the next ride, so no excuses... except for work.
