Good Morning PSAR!
Leaving for Sandlake after work today. [img][/img] I have never rode at Sandlake so is their anything that I should look for? I heard something about a big bowl?</end quote></div>

One way trail runs counter clockwise to the riding area. It's a kick, but watch out for people going the wrong way on it. There used to be better signage, but I noticed last time most of it's not very visible any more. Riding it at night is a blast, and you can see people coming by their headlights.

HAVE FUN!

wow so am i getting this right about this Happa.. he gets up before the sun, runs like 20 maybe 50 miles, gets on a bike rides 19-32 miles, gets off the Interuban ....jumps into the Green River & swims 12 more miles all BEFORE work?!! Now he's slightly broken so instead of all that he'll just ride 75 miles & swim 37 & no running. WOW I'm tired. How does the guy get home?</end quote></div>

Reverse that process he is old too.. He would have lots of grey hair if he had any

Angie, there isn't anything big at or about sand lake. Bout the only thing to look out for is traffic. particulary on what used to be the one way trail, the forest service keeps pulling the one way sign down so you get bikes runnin in both directions on it I guess they don't want to be responsible for policing it or some chit like that.

Have fun and stay safe
