J, horsfall beach 2,3 and 4. 55 footers, not backing others. Could even have a fire pit. Look ok to you?</end quote></div>

Those sites should have a fire ring and picnic table. Interesting how sites 1-15 are all taken with the exception of #10 but on the south side all the sites 17-25 are still available.</end quote></div>

Now, I just have to have peopel confirm then I can reserve something.

Have any of you northenders, ever hear that you can get a permit from the county then go up I believe it's walker to get firewood? They give you a permit and you can take so many cords of wood? I'm just trying to figure out where you get this permit. We are in need of some serious firewood.

Good Morning PSAR. All this talk about Sandy Turkey is making me hungry. I wish I could go, but that is life.

I saw Josh (hondablue) last night and he seems to be in good spirits, but in a lot of pain. He goes to a specialist on Thursday, so he will know then what they plan on doing for the repair.

Talk to you later.

There has been a lot of wood offered in the free section of Craigslist all summer. Some cut in rounds or split but most of it in longer lengths. Stuff left from last winters wind storm.

Always someone wanting to have scrap wood hauled away.

Forgot to mention but I understand DNR is not issuing wood cutting permits on the East side of the State due to the fire hazard. Don't know about over here.

It is DNR that issue's the permits. But they don't start issuing them until Middle of October. I never did ask where the permits are good for.

I have seen firewood in the free section on craigslist. But they all seem to be down south and if it is in the north end it's always the kindling style. I will just have to pay closer attention to it the next couple of months.
