Must have been a huge rainstorm, lord knows you've never been stuck in a body of water at the dunes

Mornin Hap, Wingdude, Rod, Jayna, and anybody whose lightbulb is burnt out. Found out couple of days ago that my military health care doesnt carry over into retirement unless you re-enroll once you get out. found that out when i tried to make an appointment for my 3yo daughter who couldn't keep anything down for 2 days. Anybody who's active duty and coming up on retirement and wants to keep Tricare Prime, will want to keep that in mind. Nobody told me till I needed it. Now i gotta wait a month for it be active again.

That kind of sucks. You should be eligible for USAA for all your insurance. As recently retired military, you can get auto, home, health, etc for a fraction of the cost of other insurances.
USAA
I am surprised at how many military folks don't know about this service....
