Final plans are in place for Saturday, Nickli and myself will be at the Buzz Inn for breakfast at 7:00, all I need now is to figure who'll be the fall guy stuck with my bill when I run off and hide in the bathroom

Ok boys and girls, here is some info from last nights W.A.C. meeting……
1. The same club that recently put on the GP race at Richland, WA last month has decided to try to put together a 6 race GP series with locations at Richland, and possibly Goldendale. W.A.C. is offering it’s full support to help them have a successful series.
2. There is a possibility Thurston County ORV park could be re-opened by Labor Day weekend, which leads to the next topic…
3. The 2004 Top Gun Dealer Shootout will be held on Labor Day weekend. They are hoping to have this event at Thurston County ORV. If this location is not available, other possibilities are OPMC in Port Angeles, or Richland.
4. The Dirty Dog MX track in Bonney Lake is anticipating a public hearing date sometime in the next month to find out if they can resume full operations. Clem from Enumclaw Suzuki is lending his support to this effort, and if successful, will be trying to set up a quad MX series this fall. Eric from Dirty Dog will be letting us know when the public hearing is scheduled and has asked that all who can, attend this hearing to show support.
5. WAC will be hosting a club ride and BBQ at Tehuya on July 17th. Details coming soon!
6. Round 10 of the WORCS race series has been rescheduled to Sept 17-19 at Payette, ID and is a QUAD ONLY event. There will be kids classes, a team race, and family fun run among other activities. WAC is strongly encouraging all quad riders to attend this event.
That’s all for now

Once again THANKS for the info raptorchick that all sounds good, wish we could make some meetings but after Ron having to drive from Seattle to Everett he just isn't in the mood to trek down to Renton & blind ol me don't like to drive @ night!! That dealer challenge sounds good I know a bunch from Idaho just had one down there. Is it going to be MX or a mix??? Hope to see the ORV park open back up, although we don't attend that much either farthest south we get is to Rainier to race flattrack. Unfortunelty we'll be @ the ATV Jamboree on July 17th for the Tuhuya ride, been there once & WOW what a ride that place is, my extended A arms didn't do well on the tight trails, we said if we ever go there again we will be getting dampners LOL<
I don't know if you know but I am the president of the Lynnwood Cycle Barns HRCA club, it's very new still, I will be learning more next Sat. as I have my 1st meeting. I do know you DO NOT have to own a Honda to join it's $25 year, that includes a hat,NICE book w/ trails all over the US in it, & some other things. I'm sure we will be talking about getting some rides together & I'm hoping the forums will help alot w/ getting alot of people together!!
Well once again thanks for keeping us updated on whats happening!! BTW do you know when the next flattrack is @ RMC???

dirtmomma,
Your welcome! I am always happy to post the info.
Here is some info about the flattrack.....I am not sure if they are including quads or not.
Flat - Track Race
August 18th & 20th
Closed August 16th, 19th, and 21st
Reopened August 22nd for Flattrack Practice
Here's a link to Wide Open Sports Arena. They have their schedules posted.
I forgot to mention that quads are allowed to practice every other Sunday on the MX track at RMC. The next practice is June 20.
That dealer challenge is MX only and is a 2 day event.
I know what you mean about Tehuya. If you are over stock width, there can be some pretty tight areas, plus that one bridge that is really narrow.
You'll have to keep us informed about your club. I may have to make the trek up to Lynnwood and check out a meeting sometime. It's really great to see so many people getting involved to help make things better for everyone!

RaptorChick thanxs for always posting the info to keep us all informed.
U Reiter explorers have fun and stay safe! I won't be able to join U but I did just find out we have just enough room for Coco Boys and my quads on our work trucks. So looks like if we get any free time in the next 3 weeks we will be able to do some exploring of our own around Diablo and Ross Dam. I have a feeling that Coco's grizz will be a little more at home around there.
Talk to U all in a few weeks.
