We just had our counter offer accepted on the potential new Toyz residence... we go in and sign the agreement tomorrow. If all goes as planned, we'll owe a chit-load of money next month.
New construction, granite, wood wrapped windows, hardwood floors... 5.78 acres. We shifted gears when we started watching the new houses that were on the market last year drop their prices drastically over the past few months.</end quote></div>

couped up in the big blue bus LOL, FINALLY got my phone & puter put up, been too busy to do it lately!!
The single wide is leaving any day now, to be out by this weekend WAHHHHHHOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
the property looks a little lonely haha, we got a "tarp city" up down below, we are warm & dry I guess that's all that counts!!

oh yeah CONGRATS Karl & tammy on the new digs thats cool, must be in the air haha I'm sure yours is going way better than ours haha

Thanks! We just got back from signing the purchase/sale agreement and cut check for earnest money.
You may still get some work sometime this fall if you're interested. We'd like to have some french doors installed between the formal living room and the great room.
