The town is named Leota and it has some very good trails. Maybe you didn't like the trails you were on due to being on the wrong trails or just not familiar with riding 50 inch trails. If you stay on the ORV trails with the confidence markers in place, you have plenty of width for your Woirror to travel. If I missed something you may have expressed, please disreguard this note. However, if you haven't ridden trails in Michigan, very much, try riding with others that know the signs and etiquette of trail riding. It may help you get comfortable with riding the "tight trails." Keep riding where you want and stay on the trails...

Looks like I'm the only girl from Michigan huh?

I love to ride at the Mounds in Mt Morris. I'm there just about every weekend. Even tho I live in East Lansing, I store my quad in Burton, which is about 10 minutes away from the Mounds. I did some trail riding up by Rose City/Mio/Grayling area and that isn't too bad. Lots of dusty trails tho.

There's a track in Portland where you can race quads & dirtbikes. I heard about that from a guy at the College Bike Shopt this afternoon. I think it'd be pretty cool to race but it takes a lot of money and practice.

i live down in lapeer, but have a place in the mio area and i love riding there. bull gap, the meadows, miles of trails, and ya mandi, they can get very dusty during the summer. But not if you are the person in front, its not so bad.
